FIRST TO MARS
A mission to mars containing a time capsule/monument of humanity and scientific experiments, shooting for a 4th quarter 2028 to 1st quarter 2029 launch. There are several close windows before and after proposed launch but require additional travel time or fuel for the needed delta-v to enter Mars orbit unless pushed back to December 2030 which is the optimal nearest window for fuel/delta-v requirements.
We plan to be as efficient as possible to keep our orbiter over Mars as long as possible to bolster communications for existing and future missions. We also want to maximize our landing weight capabilities to allow the inclusion of additional scientific payload.
